Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Amelier Rochas®, we want your shopping experience to be delightful and satisfying. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. If that happens, we have a clear return and exchange process in place to assist you.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you receive your items. Do not return products to the sender’s address on the package. Instead, please contact our customer support team at help@amelierrochas.com to receive the correct return address specific to your order.


✅ Eligible Items for Return

You may return an item if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship.

  • The item was damaged during transit.

  • You received an incorrect item.

All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included. Items that appear to be worn, washed, or altered cannot be refunded.


Items That Are Not Eligible for Return

The following conditions do not qualify as defective:

  • Loose threads, raw edges, fabric thickness, slight differences in fabric texture or color due to monitor displays

  • Style or color dissatisfaction, or change of personal preference

  • Damages from use, washing, improper care, self-repair, or alterations

  • Size issues (please refer to our size chart before purchasing; our team can only offer general advice)

  • Slight design and fit variations between items of the same size

Amelier Rochas® is not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by customer error (e.g., wrong address, missing apartment number, incorrect phone number, or refusal to accept delivery). These cases are not eligible for refunds. If you realize your shipping details are incorrect, contact us immediately at help@amelierrochas.com with your order number and updated information.


🔁 How to Make a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email help@amelierrochas.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you'd like to return

  • The reason for return

  • A photo of the item in its current condition

Subject line: RETURN


Step 2: Ship the Item

Once your return is approved and we provide the correct return address, ship the item within 7 days. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We can only process refunds or exchanges after we have received the item.

Note: Return shipping fees are not covered by Amelier Rochas®.


Step 3: Refund or Exchange

After we receive your item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will issue your refund or send a replacement.
